Raised, with much love and care, in a laboratory in Hamlet by her parents. She is an only child and her closest childhood friends were Bartre and Calvin. She was taught from a very young age that there is power in understanding, and to be an independent thinker. Her greatest joys have come from breakthroughs in understanding and learning to walk in the footsteps of the brilliant minds from a now dead age that seems like another world entirely. Her childhood was as perfect as one could be in a post apocalyptic world. She was very fortunate to not have to understand the worlds' dangers until she was older.
Cupid gets very impatient with people when she feels they can not understand something that she is trying to explain. She feels that people who are incapable of understanding are not worth the effort on her part, though Cupid is excited to share new ideas with people she can view as intellectual equals. This is a trait that Cupid gets from her father. Her mother was often the mediator of the family when Cupid and her father were discussing something, as her mother was very patient and gentle with people. Almost her entire life revolves around reading and scientific pursuits. Her second love is music. She works on and off at playing an old guitar, piano and clarinet that her parents have saved from the world before. She also enjoys dancing and singing. She learns music in a way exactly opposite to science, learning individual songs instead of the entire theory of music or just playing chaotically to see how it sounds. In science she is very disciplined.
She has had friends on and off. At first she was sad when they would go away for one reason or another, or when they would die. Now she accepts is as just one of those things, and is excellent at being alone.She has an odd way of going back and forth between caring immensely about people and viewing them as cattle.
